The PE Teacher is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing physical education programs that promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and healthy habits. This position includes teaching sports techniques, fostering motor skills, and creating a safe and supportive environment for students to achieve their physical potential.
- **Instruction and Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement PE and PT curricula for various grade levels in alignment with the school’s goals and standards.
- Develop and plan age-appropriate activities, drills, and games that engage students in physical activities.
- Teach students fundamental skills for various sports, fitness routines, and physical activities, with an emphasis on safety and proper technique.
- **Student Development**:

- Encourage physical fitness, motor skill development, and the importance of physical health.
- Develop and foster teamwork, discipline, and social skills.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record the progress of individual students, providing constructive feedback and addressing challenges.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and enforce rules for behavior, ensuring a safe, positive learning environment.
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring student safety at all times.
- Handle emergencies effectively and respond to injuries, referring students to medical staff when necessary.
- **School Events and Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize school sports events, including interschool and intramural competitions.
- Assist in planning and supervising school-wide athletic and fitness events, like sports days and fitness tests.
- Coach and train school teams, preparing students for competitive sports events.
- **Administrative and Professional Development**:

- Maintain records of students’ performance, attendance, and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues, attending staff meetings and participating in professional development.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in physical education methods and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in teaching PE/PT or coaching sports teams is preferred.
- **Certification**: CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of physical education principles and sports coaching.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large groups and ensure a safe environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role requires both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina is necessary to demonstrate exercises and manage active classes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
