This role includes coordinating set-up and breakdown of banquet rooms, overseeing the service during events, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The Banquet Captain communicates closely with the kitchen and other departments to facilitate smooth operations, trains and mentors staff, and addresses any guest inquiries or issues promptly. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks and providing a memorable experience for guests.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
