**About the Role**:
As an SDE 2 at MediBuddy, you will be a core member of our engineering team, responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems that power our mobile and web platforms. You'll work on building scalable microservices and APIs, contributing directly to the features that impact our users. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer with a solid foundation in software development and a passion for solving complex problems.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Development**: Design, build, and deploy robust and scalable microservices and REST APIs using technologies like Node.js/Express.js or.NET.
- **Integrations & Maintenance**: Work on B2B integrations and take part in maintaining existing systems, ensuring they are reliable and performant.
- **Code Quality**: Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards across the team.
- **Collaboration**: Work with product and design teams to understand requirements, break down tasks, and deliver features on schedule.
- **Cloud & DevOps**: Assist in implementing and managing deployments on AWS, and contribute to monitoring and logging efforts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or a related field.
- **Backend & Messaging**: Hands-on experience with Node.js/Express.js or.NET. Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queues such as SQS or RabbitMQ.
- **Databases**: Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL or MsSQL. Experience with in-memory datastores such as Redis or Memcache.
- **Cloud & Tools**: Experience with AWS services including RDS, ECS, EBS, and CloudWatch. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- **Problem-Solving**: A strong ability to solve problems effectively, a commitment to efficient coding practices, and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
- **Frontend**: Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
