**Job Purpose**: To perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests or staff, handling electronic files and papers, greeting visitors and so on.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment with in the office.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and other standard office equipments.
- Organizing and maintaining records is often the responsibility of this professional.
- Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistant in performing their duties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualification**:

- 8th Pass

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhagal, Surat - 395003, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
