In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

**Process Overview**

Wholesale Risk Analytics (WRA) provides decision support services to enable our banking and markets, wealth management, capital management and credit risk business partners to manage risk well. To accomplish this, we build, develop and maintain models for risk and loss measurement. Additionally, we produce and administer forecasts supporting allowance and stress-testing both domestically (US) and internationally. Our teams complement each other and benefit from broad and diverse employment and experience within industries including government, academia, finance, law, consulting and the military. Through developing our people, embracing operational excellence to drive process improvements, and investing in strategic data initiatives, we provide enhanced risk management capabilities, insights and analysis to our business partners.

As an analyst, Individual will be part of the Global Risk Analytics will work in one of the sub functions which may include performing data mining ,data research, data quality & Development effort in an evolving data environment. This position must have strong technical skills, superb Business process analysis and interpersonal skills. The ability to extract and analyze data, understand and business requirements and translate into design, Develop / enhance the code for production deployment. Individual should be Passionate about finding insights in large data sets working with diverse business groups. Able to work independently or in a team on complex projects

**Responsibilities**

Support the creation of sophisticated, value-added analytic systems to address enterprise strategies
- Research & pull relevant data from multiple data warehouses (sources) for the Analytical Projects
- Collaborate & work closely with cross functional business partners & Technical analysts
- Collect data, analyze and manage data to improve data quality and the efficiency of data systems.
- Responsible to do a deep dive research, analysis, with Optimization
- Involve in development, support & performance tuning of production jobs

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech, A graduate degree in a quantitative or STEM discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance)

**Certifications, If Any**: NA

**Experience Range**:

- 5 - 8 Years

**Foundational Skills**:

- Teradata Architecture & Utilities hands on experience
- Data Analysis using SQL and python
- Tableau Experience
- Shell scripting experience
- Experience on using Jira & Confluence
- Excel usage

**Desired Skills**
- Basics of Finance
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
- Capable of documenting processes, inputs, outputs, and requirements, along with identify gaps and improve workflow.
