Every year, we produce over 25 performing, visual arts and literary festivals in several countries including Australia, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, the UK and USA as well as many eclectic festivals across India. We produce the world's largest literary gathering: the annual Jaipur Literature Festival; JLF international now travels to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Our musical extravaganza, _Bollywood Love Story - A Musical_, continues to tour the world with sold-out shows everywhere it is held.

**Job Profile**:

- Handle Social Media, Branding, Digital Marketing, Agency & Corporate Communications
- Create Comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Develop & manage overall social media strategy
- Encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into corporate culture
- Flawless grammar and creative writing skills
- Managing and innovating on Social Media Content
- Editing and Proof-reading content once written
- Managing relations with the agency by keeping them up to date with well-prepared briefs about various activities which helps them visualize and plan ahead for effective communication
- Up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability and business/industry trends
- **SOFT SKILLS**
An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly.
Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
Creative / out of the box thinking, Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing

**Qualification & Key Attributes Required**:
Ideally this person should have min 2-3 yrs experience in Social Media marketing & content writing
Good Communication skills and excellent writing skills for different genres of digital media.
Experience in managing online marketing and outreach campaigns will be an advantage.
Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
