**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
- Prepare, organize, and attend Board meetings, committee meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including drafting agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filing of necessary forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate policies, internal controls, and governance procedures.
- Coordinate with external regulators and advisers such as auditors, ROC, SEBI, and stock exchanges (if applicable).
- Support in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and best practices in corporate governance.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and timelines.
- Handle matters related to shareholding, such as issuance and transfer of shares, dividend distribution, and related disclosures.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS).
- 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Thorough understanding of company law, corporate governance, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and compliance management tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
