Store Keeper

A State of the Art Copper Alloy Foundry is looking for "STORE KEEPER" for its Modern Casting Division at Irrungattukottai SIPCOT. Preferred Qualification: Any Degree Age: Between 21 Years and 28 Years Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 Years in Stores Department of Engineering Company 1. Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day) and raising SRV. 2. Proper Storage and preservation of the material 3. Issues Material - physical and system 4. Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials 5. Maintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas 6. Co-ordinates with other functions 7. Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items 8. Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports 9. Send documents to accounts for making payments 10. Ensure safe handling of materials 11. Maintain re order levels of all stores & issue purchase requirements /order time to time. 12. Maintains all statutory requirements related all inventories. 13. Packing & Despatch of goods to customers.
