Job Title: Cutting Supervisor

Qualification: Industrial Professional Skill

Experience: 3 - 5 years for the said filled

CTC: 15,000 to 20,000

Location: Regent Garment and Apparel Park, Barasat, Kolkata - 700124

Key responsibilities of a Cutting Supervisor:
Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Analyze production orders and create cutting plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth fabric flow and cutting schedules.
- Allocate cutting tasks to different operators based on workload and skill level.

Marker Making and Optimization:

- Develop efficient marker layouts to minimize fabric waste and maximize yield.
- Utilize CAD software to design and adjust markers based on garment patterns and fabric properties.
- Monitor fabric consumption and identify areas for improvement in marker efficiency.

Fabric Spreading and Cutting Operations:

- Supervise the fabric spreading process to ensure even layers and accurate alignment.
- Monitor the operation of cutting machines, including automated cutting systems.
- Inspect cut pieces for quality and accuracy against pattern specifications.

Cost Management:

- Analyze fabric usage data to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Monitor cutting waste and implement strategies to minimize fabric loss.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize overall production costs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
