**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Engage in sales activities, contributing 30% to sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align branding strategies with sales goals.
- Conduct telecalling activities to promote the brand and engage with customers.
- Collect feedback and insights from customer interactions.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Manage social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage and update the company's website to reflect current branding and promotional activities.
- Ensure a seamless online customer experience.
- Create marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.
- Monitor and optimize digital content for maximum engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for branding improvement.
- Effectively manage the branding budget for optimal results.
- Track expenses, analyze variances, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive and creative thinker with a passion for branding.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving branding and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in telecalling and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Website handling skills for social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
