Patient Referral Coordinator

We are looking for a Referral Coordinator / Scheduler needed to coordinate new patients into the our Practice located in North Carolina.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracking new Referrals
- Maintaining a record and log sheet for new Referrals
- Creating patient charts with all needed information as per the Standard Operating Procedures
- Calling patients to schedule appointments
- Take care of sending, received and inputting new patient paperwork
- Reminding patients of their appointments
- Keeping detailed reports of daily activities
- All other works as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications:

- Must speak clearly on the phone and pay attention to detail when creating appointments and keeping records.
- Outstanding verbal and telephone skills required.
- Bachelors Degree is must.
- US Customer Support experience is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
