TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Roundness tester m/c
- Roughness tester m/c ,
- Microscope
- Contour tester
- Coordinate measuring machine operating.
- Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Slip gauge, Mill mess, Pneumatic gauge, Dead centre
- Good Knowledge of GD & T Parameters.
- Good Knowledge of Visual Defects.
- Good Knowledge of Quality Checking Instrument
- Good Knowledge of Form Testing Machine.
- Good Knowledge of CMM & Microscope
- Good Knowledge of SPC, 7QC TOOLS, Poisson Test.
- Basic Knowledge of Instrument Calibration

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Attending daily morning meeting & sharing defects information with team. Need to Visit Vendor Place for MAchine FAT.
- Form Testing Machine 5S & Check Sheet.
- First Part Approval Inspection.
- Model Change Inspection & Model Change Sheet.
- Line Audit Inspection & Line Audit Sheet.
- Monthly Layout Inspection.
- Accuracy Assessment report.
