**Role Description for Content Writer**

We are seeking a content professional passionate about the devotional and mythology space, with strong skills in research, writing, and editing in Hindi / English. The role involves creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content across multiple formats and channels while maintaining editorial standards and managing calendars. You will collaborate with writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and reader-friendly content for Indian and global audiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to research devotional and mythology space to create in-depth rich content
- Create & Translate content for various marketing collaterals/channels like eBook, infographic, Quiz in Hindi / English.
- Researching relevant trends, hot and trending keywords, gaps in content online, to create fresh content for Devotional space for Indian and Global users.
- Setting up content quality benchmarks and managing the quality of content being published.
- Creating a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team
- Commissioning articles from the writing team (both freelance and in-house) and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Evaluate and approve the submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content.
- Editing and rewriting articles, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision.
- Editing and rewriting descriptions, website content, marketing communications, etc.
- Ensuring all published content is of top-notch quality and reader-friendly
- Ensuring all published content is SEO friendly.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and deliver efficient results.
- Overseeing artwork, design, and photography for web content

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Hindi / English Writing Skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content.
- Fluent in Hindi and English Speaking and Writing.
- Interest towards Devotional, Mythology and Spiritual space
- Good understanding of Data and the ability to gather insights for better results.
- Highly accountable and took initiatives
- Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking
- Experienced in building teams and scalable processes
- Loved technology and how it can be used to scale processes

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
