**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and adherence to accounting standards.
- Support senior finance personnel in analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Project Accounting:

- Collaborate with project managers to track project expenses, revenues, and budget utilization.
- Maintain project accounting records and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and billing.
- Assist in monitoring project financial performance and addressing any financial issues or discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Cost Control:

- Assist in monitoring project costs and expenses against budgeted amounts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project budgets and financial targets.
- Financial Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Financial Analysis:

- Assist in conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis reports to provide insights into project performance.
- Support management in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
- General Accounting Support:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Support finance team members in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Knowledge of project accounting principles and construction cost management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

**Location : Panchavati, Nashik**

**Experience : 6-10 years**

**Salary : 30k-40k**

**Key skill : Experience from construction infra project must.**

**Note : Immediate joiners preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
