**Job Overview**:
As a Graphics Designer at Outrise Technologies, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create new design concepts for digital and print media.
- Design and produce materials including logos, banners, newsletters, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.
- Use graphic design software to create and optimize visual content.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Amend designs after feedback and finalize projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in web design and content management systems.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Pay: ₹8,550.28 - ₹25,082.00 per month
