**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality graphics and visual content using Photoshop and Canva.
- Create engaging social media graphics, banners, flyers, brochures and other marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing presentations and infographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Edit and re-touch images to ensure a polished final product.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, specifically using Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, experience with other software’s is a plus.
- Expertise in Canva and familiarity with its features and capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree with Graphic Design, Photoshop, Visual Arts or a related field.
- Familiarity with designing software’s for multi usage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
