**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and benefits.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in the system.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve eligibility issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental eligibility process.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of healthcare insurance and dental eligibility processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time, remote role (after the initial 6 months onsite) for an **Eligibility Specialist**. The Eligibility Specialist will be responsible for verifying patient insurance eligibility, communicating with insurance providers, and assisting patients with understanding their insurance coverage. The Eligibility Specialist will also provide customer service support to patients and work closely with the billing and coding teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in human services and customer service.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance processes.
- Ability to navigate and interpret insurance policies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,796.63 per month
