**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately noting any special requests.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee table settings and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Assist with team management, guiding junior staff as needed.
- Manage billing, payments, and maintain a friendly rapport with customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
