
Patient Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Interaction**: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment. Address any immediate concerns or questions regarding their care.
- **Coordination of Care**: Collaborate with medical staff to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and any necessary treatments. Ensure that patients are informed of their care plans and what to expect.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible to the relevant healthcare team members.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patient concerns are communicated and addressed promptly.
- **Education and Support**: Provide patients and their families with information about procedures, medications, and care plans. Offer guidance on navigating the healthcare system.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality assurance activities, including feedback collection and analysis to enhance patient care services.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- **Experience**: Minimum 0.6 to 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient services or care coordination.
