**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Product Presentation**: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of MNR Invisible Grills.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base in the assigned region.
- **Market Research**: Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- **Lead Management**: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- **Sales Reporting**: Regularly report on sales progress, market feedback, and customer insights to the management team.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any product or service concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in home improvement, construction, or security products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales software and MS Office.
- Familiarity with the region and a network of potential clients is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and own transport are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
