**Store Incharge - Job Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward).
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted production.
- **Material Handling**:

- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, tools, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of materials.
- Monitor the movement of materials to and from the store.
- **Issuance & Dispatch**:

- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Prepare delivery challans, gate passes, and related documents for dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of goods.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, stock registers, and other store records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Follow company policies for store operations and safety standards.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the store area.
- Prevent material wastage, pilferage, and ensure security of stock.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with purchase, production, quality, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in vendor returns and replacement of defective materials.
- Support audit processes (internal & external) with accurate records.
- **Team Management (if applicable)**:

- Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate duties.
- Train team members in store procedures and safety.
- Monitor efficiency and discipline within the store team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
