Godown Supervisor

Should have experience of managing high performance for a team of at least 15 people

Will be responsible for Driving sales and Maintaining the overall retail store
- Maintaining good relationship with customers
- Recruiting Training, Supervising and appraising Staff
- managing Budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- dealing with customer queries and complaints
- overseeing prices and stock control
- maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislations
- preparing promotional materials and displays

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
