**Work responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building and its facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor and manage building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Manage vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
- Address tenant or occupant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and incidents.
- Prepare reports on building performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure emergency procedures and safety protocols are in place and understood by all occupants.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.)
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with health, safety, and building regulations
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
- Ability to manage vendors and contractors effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

**Academic Qualification**:

- Minimum diploma / degree
- Basic to medium proficiency in English reading is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building operations, facility supervision, or maintenance management.
- Experience in managing building systems and coordinating maintenance teams.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and building compliance standards.
