The ideal applicant should have experience in managing presales’ projects and creating winning proposals in a demanding situation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Process Optimization**:Evaluate and review business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions for process improvements**.**
- **Fundraising and Grant Writing**:Contribute to fundraising efforts by researching grants and writing proposals to secure funding for programs and services.
- **Requirements Analysis and Documentation**:Analyse requirements, gather critical information from stakeholders, document and communicate results**.**
- **Proposal Development**:Source requests for proposals (RFPs) from channels such as Upwork and government databases; draft and write high-quality proposals using the organization’s template.
- **Partnership Development**:Identify and establish partnerships with, universities, and businesses to enhance service delivery.
- **Capacity Building and Training**:Organize and lead workshops and training sessions for management practices.
- **Project Management**: Manage project plans, monitor performance, allocate resources, and maintain cost efficiency.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
B. Collaborate with cross-functional team members, oversee analysis projects, produce reports, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- **Leadership and Mentoring**:Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- **User Acceptance Testing**:Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs by performing user acceptance testing.
- **Updating Procedures**:Implement, maintain, and update organizational procedures as necessary.
- **Other duties as assigned.**

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (BE/Btech/BCA)
- Knowledge about IT, Software’s and Latest Technologies would be preferred for the selection process
- Develop and write detailed, high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Collaborate with Experts
- Good in Analytical Skills
- Good in Writing content
- Good Communications Skills
- Cost Budgeting for the projects
- Extensive proposal writing and editing skills.
- Maintain Documentation
- Good in MS office skills especially word, excel, power point.
- Research Report Representations with Canva, Tableau
- Ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
