job Title: Deputy General Secretary

salary: Rs. 1 Lac per Month + other Benefits

location: Kolkata

responsibilities:

- Maintain Liaison with Government and Local Authorities. (municipal, Electricity, Water Supply, Telephones, Postal, Police Etc.)
Handle all Legal and Statutory Matters as May Be Directed By the Secretary General.
Handle Public Relations.
Handle all Procurement and Inventory.
Handle all Maintenance, Repair and Upkeep of the Properties
Represents the Management Before the Conciliation Machinery and Labour Department to Resolve Ir Problems.
Handle all Common Administrative and Operational Matters.
Be Responsible for Overall Safety, Health and Hygiene.
Handle all Catering Arrangements, Cleanliness of Canteens, Nutritional Checks

the Above Mentioned Work Details are Indicative But Not Exhaustive.

skills Required:

- Must have Experience in Handling Grievances of Both Teaching and Non-teaching Staff Including Group - D Employees and Methodology of Grievance Settlement Procedure.
Well Versed with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations and Ir Situations Particularly in Kolkata /west Bengal.
- Experience- 9 - 13 Years- Salary- 4 Lac 75 Thousand To 13 Lac P.A.- Industry- Education / Teaching / Training / Counselling / Academic- Qualification- Advanced/Higher Diploma- Key SkillsDeputy General Secretary
