Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for management and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- **Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.**:
- Address visitor inquiries and provide information about the company and services offered.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitors and issuing visitor badges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a receptionist /Public Relation Execuitve or in a similar customer-facing role.
- **Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers).**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
