**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Learning**:

- Prepare daily lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State).
- Ensure effective delivery of concepts using modern teaching methodologies and technology.
- Encourage classroom participation and maintain student discipline and behavior.
- Foster curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in students.

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain and report accurate records of students’ academic performance.
- Identify students needing additional support and provide remedial instruction as necessary.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor student behavior and collaborate with counselors if needed.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress.
- Attend staff meetings, department meetings, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance instructional practices.

**Co-curricular Participation**:

- Participate in school events, functions, excursions, and inter-house competitions.
- Mentor students in extracurricular clubs, competitions, and school publications as per expertise.

**Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, training programs, and continuous professional development sessions.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
