We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to support the Corporate Treasury function with WSP in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities included for the desired Job Position as below:

- Assist in maintaining and monitoring Banking Administration
- Daily Treasury Liquidity Report update
- Maintain and update banking information and documentation along with Bank Master List
- Assist in preparing weekly Cash Forecast
- Track all incoming and outgoing Cash Pool Transactions and Investments
- Monthly Closing Cash Reports
- _Handling of Bank Guarantee Portal:_
- _Application for Bank guarantees with the Banks._
- _Follow up with the bank and internal on the Bank Guarantees _
- _Maintain monthly bank guarantee charges records and reconciliation._
- Reporting/MIS related to Treasury Banking and Trade Finance Operations.
- Document, refine and maintain Treasury policies and procedure manuals: Adhere to internal controls and group compliances with respect to Treasury operations.
- Maintain Treasury Mailbox and archive mails as appropriate.
- Other duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a treasury or finance role
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of banking platform is a plus
