4 or more years of experience in Technology Recruitment.
- 2 or more years of experience in overseas recruitment, specifically in North America recruitment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Technology, Sciences, Engineering, or similar field of study.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and an expert grasp of MS Office tools.
- A thorough grasp of employment types (W2/1099/C2C) in the USA is a must.
- Proven experience in managing and achieving targets at past jobs is a must.
- Strong desire to self-learn.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Displayed motivation in learning and staying up to date with new technologies.
- Knowledge of USA visaclassification Terms, Rules & Compliance Policies, including H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and TN Visa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively source resumes through the internet, social media, job portal, and database mining.
- Use innovative hiring channels beyond the traditional job portals.
- Utilize creative talent practices to drive business results.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management as determined.
- Organize and update potential hire information in the database.
- Convert potential leads to pre-emptive hires, to maintain a pool of in-demand talent.
- Follow Company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments and hiring of all Consultants.
- Handle other responsibilities as determined.
