**Description**
- As a Speech Therapist at VQura Child Development Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children.
- Your primary focus will be on improving speech and language skills, as well as addressing swallowing and feeding difficulties.
- You will work closely with children, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at maximizing communication abilities and overall quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities in children.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, goals, and objectives tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve speech production, language comprehension, expression, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to facilitate carryover of therapy goals into home, school, and community settings.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document therapy sessions, progress reports, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on strategies and techniques to support their child's communication and feeding development.
- Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in speech therapy and child development to ensure high-quality services.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Prior experience working with children with a variety of communication disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for pediatric populations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
