**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Student Counseling: Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students, guiding them on the benefits, eligibility, and career prospects of CA, CS, and CMA courses. Understand individual student needs and aspirations to suggest the most suitable course for their career goals.

Course Information: Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in CA, CS, and CMA courses and effectively communicate these to students. Address any queries or concerns related to the course curriculum, examination pattern, and registration process.

Career Guidance: Offer valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities available after completing CA, CS, and CMA courses. Advise students on career paths, potential job prospects, and opportunities in various industries.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

Follow-up and Conversion: Regularly follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and admission status.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative and engaging content for promotional materials, including brochures, social media, and website updates.

Workshops and Seminars: Organize and participate in workshops and seminars to provide information about CA, CS, and CMA courses to a wider audience.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Qualified CA, CS, or CMA professional with a strong academic track record.

Proven experience in counseling students or professionals, preferably in the finance or education sector.

In-depth knowledge of CA, CS, and CMA courses, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage counseling records and follow-ups.

Passionate about helping others achieve their academic and career goals.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
