Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Creative Visual Artist with expertise in 2D and This role requires a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and a meticulous attention to detail to develop compelling visual assets for pharmaceutical advertising and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating stunning digital artwork, illustrations, to ensure exceptional visual consistency across digital and print media.

**Key Responsibilities-**

**Creative Design**:

- Develop imaginative illustrations, concept sketches, vector art.
- Create compelling storyboards, animatics, and digital paintings for advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Adapt artwork to meet brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

**Collaboration & Workflow Management**:

- Work closely with art directors, designers, and photographers to execute creative briefs effectively.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and emerging creative techniques.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo manipulation, color correction, and image compositing.
- Strong digital illustration, concept sketching, and storyboarding skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector design and asset creation.
- Understanding of file formats, resolution, and color spaces for both digital and print production.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in motion graphics and compositing using After Effects and Premiere.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in design, preferably in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for learning new software and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and artistic styles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience: 6-8 Years

Max Notice Period: 60 Days

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
