**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Welcoming and Seating Guests**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Escort guests to their designated tables and ensure they are comfortable.

**2. Order Management**:

- Take guest orders promptly, demonstrating a keen understanding of the menu.
- Efficiently communicate orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

**3. Multitasking and Crowd Management**:

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Skillfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring each guest receives prompt and attentive service.

**4. Menu Memorization**:

- Commit the menu to memory, enabling you to provide detailed explanations and recommendations.
- Suggestively upsell menu items to enhance overall sales.

**5. Customer Interaction**:

- Foster positive interactions with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the menu to offer personalized recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous similar experience preferred.
- Good multitasking and communication skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems
