**Job Title**: International Customer Support Executive (Night Shift)

**Job Location**: On-site, Noida Sector 63

**Shift Timings**: 9 PM - 6 AM

**Experience**: 0-1 year

**Salary**: Competitive and based on experience

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with international clients in English and Punjabi with clarity and confidence.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering efficient and friendly service.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to address customer needs.
- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols while handling customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Must be a **Graduate** in any field.
- **BBA** or **MBA** will be considered a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- Proficiency in **Punjabi** (verbal and written) is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 0-1 year of experience in **Customer Support**, **LPO**, or **BPO** (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of **LPO** and **BPO** processes.
- Ability to manage and prioritize customer inquiries effectively.
- Must be confident and possess problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Must be open to working **on-site** in a night shift role.
- Must have a **strong commitment** to customer service excellence.
