**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for the manufacturing process of têxtile chemicals.
- Inspect raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure consistent product quality.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to the production team.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production staff to develop solutions to quality-related problems.
- Create and maintain accurate records of quality control tests and results.
- Manage the calibration, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment.
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, techniques, and standards.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
