Graduate Project Assistant/project Controller

**Role description**:

- Proficiency & understanding of management tools and the procedures to be followed that make it efficient.
- Providing services from the Pursuit-to-win stage to Deliver-to-result as per Arcadis Way principles.
- Preparation of financial reports like Project Cost Analysis report, Labour Forecasting report, Purchase Order Summary and Labour report ETC
- Oracle administration support such as, adding new resources to the project, creation of Work Breakdown Structure, updating forecasted hours...ETC
- Assisting the Project Managers with raising Purchase Order requisition, maintaining, reconciling and monitoring the Timesheet database for the project on a timely basis, Updating Key Performance Indicators ETC.
- Collaboration with PMO team by adding our insights and experience in order to arrive at efficiant management tools.
- Proactively participating in learning new tools and services with the mindset to provide more effective services to the UK Project Managers.
