**R & D Chemist**

JOB PROFILE:
Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
- Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new ideas into R&D labs under the guidance of R & D Head for the day by day work
- Performing multistep organic synthesis and analysis of small molecules
- Purifying compounds by preparative Thin Layer Chromatography and flash column chromatography
- Executing product manufacturing according to established procedures, record the data, interpret results and validate the quality of data
- Utilizing traditional synthetic chemical techniques, execute routine chemical procedures involving organic chemistry, HPLC, TLC and MS analysis of chemical compounds
- Working safely and in compliance with all applicable federal and local regulations
- Supporting general lab functions, maintenance of equipment, product quality, packaging, on-time delivery of products, ensure cleanliness of workplace and good general laboratory techniques
- Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products..
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.

**Key are of contribution**:
The chemists / Scientists should be accountable / answerable for samples with predetermined specifications

Lab development report (LDR), Process development Report(PDR) and Technology Transfer for new project from R&D to commercial prospects

Reports for process change/improvements for plant level implementation. Investigation Report CAPA

**Educational Qualifications**

M.Sc. in Organic chemistry

Experience - 1 to 2 years

**Salary**

**Salary**: ₹194,431.79 - ₹489,585.42 per year
