Tellecaller

Yug Automobiles is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call customers to remind them of upcoming service appointments and follow up on any service-related inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of scheduled service appointments.
- Provide information about the services offered and answer any customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments as needed.
- Update the customer database with the latest contact information.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
