Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to individuals, teams, and' organizations, adapting the content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and audience requirements.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees, helping them implement digital marketing strategies effectively and troubleshoot challenges.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, constantly updating and enhancing training materials to reflect industry advancements.
- Collaborate with the training team to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training programs, including creating marketing collateral, delivering webinars, and participating in industry events or conferences.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
