**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities for engagement.

**SEO and SEM**:

- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines.
- Support the implementation of search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, including keyword research and campaign management.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Digital Advertising**:

- Collaborate with the advertising team to create and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising efforts.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively to share progress, updates, and results.

**Learning and Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
