**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualisations for construction projects using specialised software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Transform 2D architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications into detailed 3D models and presentations.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in modeling, ensuring that all dimensions, materials, and components are correctly represented.
- Create realistic textures, lighting, and material simulations to accurately represent the final construction project.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with the project team to provide innovative design solutions and optimize project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D design and construction technologies.
- Assist in the preparation of design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and insights.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design principles, and construction terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in modeling and rendering.
- Solid knowledge of materials, textures, and lighting techniques to create realistic 3D representations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work in the construction industry is highly desirable.
