Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in finding the right clothing items to meet their needs.

Provide product information and educate customers on the features and benefits of products.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Meet sales goals by demonstrating a strong understanding of the store's merchandise and utilizing effective sales techniques.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner Provide support to the store manager and perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Skills**:Knowledge of basic retail procedures and practices.

Ability to handle cash and other forms of payment.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Customer-focused and able to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
