**Customer Care Executive**

**Experience: 1 - 3 years**

**Language Known - Bengali, Hindi, English**

**Requirements and skills**

Your expected **core competency** would be to:
Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Provide a positive customer experience to all customers.
- Maintain complete Knowledge of Process
- Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Document all actions and responses in customer database
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.**While your additional competency which would better your chances of selection**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and superior client servicing skills
- Exhibits professional use of proper language on the operation Floor
- Ability to work with conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on any shift timings
- Should be open to feedback
- Presentable skills with pleasing personality

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
