We are seeking a dynamic and proactive women to join our team as a Backend Sales Support cum Telesales Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by handling backend operations, providing administrative assistance, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the reception.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and managing client accounts on MS Excel.
- Follow up with potential clients for scheduling meetings.
- Generate reports on sales performance and assist in collating data.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain various reports and documents related to sales and administration.
- Support in organizing meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
- **Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or services.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
