We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement

activities for Sunniva Heatpumps, focusing on coordinating with vendors in China and

Hong Kong for the procurement of HVAC components. The role also includes local

purchases from Indian suppliers and handling import consignment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
1. International Procurement:

- Source HVAC components from vendors in China and Hong Kong.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers to

ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with overseas vendors.

2. Local Procurement:

- Manage procurement of goods and services from local Indian suppliers as

required.
- Ensure competitive pricing and adherence to quality standards.
- Entry of Purchase invoices in Tally/Accounting Software.

3. Import Coordination:

- Handle complete import documentation and coordination with freight

forwarders, clearing agents, and customs.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of consignments.
- Resolve any issues related to import consignments.

4. Vendor Management:

- Evaluate and onboard new vendors to diversify the supplier base.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of vendors to maintain quality and

reliability.

5. Cost Management:

- Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

6. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement and shipment records for audits and reporting.

7. Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to

align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Provide regular updates to management on procurement status and challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export and procurement, preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with procurement software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

- Reporting Time: 9:00 AM
- Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East

Preferred Skills:Fluency in EnglishPrior experience in dealing with Chinese and Hong Kong vendors is desirable.
