We are seeking a **Junior Admin** to support internal operational processes and help maintain smooth and efficient communication across departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure alignment with company policies, assist in improving internal workflows, and provide administrative support for day-to-day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help identify process gaps or delays in internal coordination and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
- Maintain records and prepare periodic reports on internal operations and compliance with organizational standards.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks for different departments.
- Handle confidential information responsibly while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and professional internal communications.
- Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and communication processes.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience or internship in administration, compliance, or operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
