Us Cold Calling Executive

**Position Overview**:
As a US Calling Executive, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients and customers in the United States. Your primary goal will be to build relationships, generate leads, and promote our products/services. This role requires a persuasive communication style, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers in the United States to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and engagement techniques.
- **Product/Service Promotion**: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the company database.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to enhance sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts or weekends if required.
