**JOB SUMMARY / OVERVIEW**:
A Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.

**Requirements**:
Problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stress well
Ability to listen and pay attention to details
Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with fluency in Hindi & English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
