- Microsoft Server Administration.

- Firewall Administration.
- IT Support/Desktop Administration.
- Responsible for managing the entire IT Administration Globally.

High Level Job description
- Hands on experience in any UTM Firewall.
- Hands on experience on Windows 2008 / 2012 Servers.
- Experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations.
- Experience in O365 Mail Server Administration.
- Hands on experience in Windows / AD / DNS / DHCP/ WSUS /Windows Backup.
- Hands on experience in any Endpoint Protection Administration.
- Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis.
- Extensive operational experience with network security (ACLs, IPSEC & SSL VPN).
- Vendor Management (hardware and Software vendors HP, Dell, MS and others).
- Maintain & upgrade existing equipment, perform hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Provide 24/7 troubleshooting and support for a global business.
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
