We are urgently looking for **Production Executive** for one of the **MNC Plastic **product **Manufacturing **Industry for **Ahmedabad** location.

**An US based MNC Leading Manufacturer & Exporter of EPE Capseals which is used mainly by Pharma / Cosmetics / Liquor industry.**

**Education: - **BE Plastic + MBA / PG In Operation Excellence
**Experience: - **5-8yrs

**Key Skills requirement: -**

Knowledge of 5S, TPM, TQM, OEE, Gemba Walk, Six sigma, Kaizen & Lean manufacturing etc.
Good command on MS Excel, Power Point.
Handson experience of ERP.
Leadership skill to ensure operation excellence activities at shop floor.

Job Description:

- Process audit and implement process correction / improvement projects
- Work toward improving process efficiency to reduce cost, wastage and Improve product quality.
- Implement ERP based data management from paper / excel reports.
- Identify training need and impart training for process improvement.
- Produce reports for management review.
